I had to laugh this morning because my computer was running slow so I thought maybe it just needs a reboot! Then I realized I was running slow this morning too, just like my computer, and maybe I just needed a reboot.
What is your reboot go to?
For me...
- My "reboot" playlist - with very specific music that peps me up
- A call to my mom, Sue Johnson (and just to be clear, she isn't afraid to give me a kick in the butt either)
- Look at my "Change Your Attitude, Change Your Underwear" cup - seriously, I look at it every single morning - I have to live up to what I train
- Do something nice for someone - with intent
- Remember something that brings me joy - you know, that good feeling you get in your belly when you think of someone or something
Let's all be like our computer and not be afraid to get a reboot. And if you need a kick in the butt, you know who to call -- my mom! She is the BEST butt kicker I know. lol
